Through his stewardship, The Sanctuary has become a living ecosystem: a sanctuary for transformation and communion with nature. Each gathering on the reflects his belief that healing happens most naturally when we align with the rhythms of the Earth and the simplicity of presence.
Stephen’s work blends ancient wisdom with grounded hospitality. Members are drawn to his authenticity, laughter, and open-hearted care, qualities that make everyone feel instantly at home. Whether tending the forest trails, preparing nourishing food, or guiding a sunset circle by the fire, he embodies the essence of service, joy, and deep connection.

BYPASSING THE BYPASS
Presence - This is the Illusive Game - In this Life - Striving and Searching, - Searching and Striving. - As it lies before us. - Sacred Offering we cannot See.
We are Conditioned when we become Conscious, To go Find it, Seek the Highest High, Feel the Ecstasy in every Moment, To Get There Now. To Discover and Conquer Enlightenment in this Lifetime. We forget this Life is a Journey, The Destination is the Path we walk Daily.
In our Determination to Find Ourselves, We look Outside, Searching for the Methods others have Taken, As They must Know Better! Away from our True Essence. We are Sold a Bill of Goods, Exploited in our Process, Leading us further Away from who we came to Be.
We Ask Artificial Intelligence, To inform our intelligence, Forgetting our humanness. We look for the Shortcut, (The Long Way Around…) The Quickest Way Out of our Pain, To End the Feelings that Torment us.
What if the Way Out is the Way In? Through the Pain. Honoring each and every Feeling, As it Reveals itself to Us, Informing us. Asking us to Witness the Moment of its Birth, Without the Story that Holds us Captive.
The Inconvenient Truth.
Not exactly what we want to Hear. Perhaps We Hold the Key, To the Dark Corners behind the Door, The Place where the Gems lay hidden. WE Are The Answer we are looking for, The Way back to Ourselves.
Life is Simple in its Authentic Nature, As are We. Can we Find Peace in the very Life we have been Gifted, Just by Simply being IN Life? Regulating our Nervous System in every Moment, Honoring our Experiences, Knowing they Led us Here, The Nurturing Soil from which we have Grown.
What if there is No Getting There, There is nothing to Achieve, Nothing to do but Be. Perhaps we are already There, Already Here,
We Simply Wake up to Ourselves.
